How dermosupplements work
The regeneration process in the epidermis takes on average 28 days. With age, processes occur in the skin that weaken its natural regenerative abilities, significantly extending this period. Elastic and collagen fibers clump together into an amorphous mass and degenerate. The synthesis of collagen and proteoglycans decreases. The formation of new blood vessels also fails. These processes lead to the formation of wrinkles and fine lines. Skin elasticity and resilience also decrease. Due to the multifactorial nature of skin aging, the problem must be addressed from within. Unlike topical therapies, the Youth dermosupplement regenerates and rejuvenates the entire skin from the inside out.
How to use
Dissolve 1 scoop (8 g) of powder in a glass of lukewarm, still (non-carbonated) water—not hot—or add to your favorite smoothie. You can drink the supplement at any time of day. We recommend consuming it between meals. Scoop included in the product.
Ingredients
Marine fish collagen (fish), methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), blackcurrant juice concentrate, acerola fruit extract (Malpighia glabra) standardized to 25% vitamin C, choline bitartrate (choline), acidity regulator: citric acid; blueberry fruit extract standardized to 2.5% anthocyanins (Vaccinium corymbosum), natural strawberry flavor, L-lysine, calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), marigold flower extract (Tagetes erecta L.) standardized to 20% lutein and 4% zeaxanthin, beetroot juice, alpha-tocopheryl silicate (vitamin E), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), nicotinamide (niacin), sweetener: sucralose, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), D-biotin, folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate).
Hydrolyzed fish collagen
Responsible for the youthful appearance of the skin. It’s the main protein that forms the structure of the skin, making up about 75% of the matrix filling the space between skin cells. It provides skin with firmness and elasticity. With age, the collagen fiber network diminishes, which results in reduced elasticity, poorer hydration, and contributes to wrinkle formation. The Youth Skin formula uses high-quality, certified hydrolyzed French collagen COLLAGEN HM™. It is sourced from fish caught in the FAO27 fishing zone in the Northeast Atlantic. It is derived from the skin of selected wild fish—primarily Atlantic cod and Norwegian cod, as well as haddock and plaice. The collagen is certified to be free of pesticides, GMOs, and CMR substances. COLLAGEN HM™ contains polypeptides with an average molecular weight of about 2000 Daltons. This is below the intestinal absorption threshold, ensuring maximum collagen absorption. COLLAGEN HM™ marine collagen is produced using an eco-conscious and innovative process that preserves the efficacy of natural marine resources. Its bioactivity has been confirmed by clinical studies conducted by renowned research institutions.
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)
Provides sulfur essential for collagen formation. Sulfur is a key component of keratin—a protein found in skin, hair, and nails. MSM improves skin condition and hydration. It has anti-inflammatory effects and supports the body’s antioxidant pathways.
Acerola fruit extract standardized for vitamin C
Vitamin C is essential for collagen production. It increases the number of fibroblasts (cells responsible for collagen and elastin production) and maintains collagen stability. As a powerful antioxidant, it reduces the number of free radicals that cause skin aging.
Marigold extract standardized for lutein and zeaxanthin
Marigold flowers have regenerative effects on the skin. Their action is attributed to two potent antioxidants—lutein and zeaxanthin—which reduce skin damage by neutralizing free radicals.
Blueberry extract with anthocyanins
A strong antioxidant that reduces inflammation and slows the aging process. One theory of skin aging involves free radicals that damage collagen fibers.
Vitamin E
An antioxidant that protects cells from damage. Improves skin hydration and elasticity. Prevents skin aging and shields against sun damage.
Choline
Supports the proper function of the hydrolipid barrier, which protects the skin from external factors. Deficiency results in poor hydration and reduced skin elasticity.
Vitamin B1
Has antioxidant properties that protect the skin from the harmful effects of free radicals.
Vitamin B3 (niacin)
One of the most important vitamins for skin health. Even a mild deficiency of vitamin B6 can increase skin roughness and sensitivity.
Biotin (vitamin B7)
Helps transport water into the deeper layers of the epidermis and retain it. Deficiency reduces skin elasticity and hydration and increases flakiness.
Folic acid
Involved in cell renewal processes. Thanks to its reparative effect on cellular DNA, folic acid has regenerative properties. It supports the division of fibroblasts responsible for skin elasticity and promotes the synthesis of coenzyme Q10, which reduces wrinkles.
L-lysine
An amino acid essential for collagen formation. Supports the production of ceramides (lipid compounds forming the skin’s protective barrier) and accelerates skin healing.
Pantothenic acid
Supports skin pigmentation, reduces inflammation, and improves wound healing. Promotes synthesis of coenzyme Q10, which reduces wrinkles. Crucial for keratinocyte division and maturation. Speeds up collagen fiber synthesis.
Zinc
One of the most important skin minerals. Essential for skin healing (e.g. after cosmetic treatments). Has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that help slow down skin aging. Zinc ions can accelerate skin regeneration, particularly by stimulating collagen metabolism.
Vitamin B2
Supports the healthy function of skin and mucous membranes. Deficiency leads to characteristic cracking in the corners of the mouth and faster wrinkle formation.
Vitamin B6
Promotes synthesis of coenzyme Q10, which reduces wrinkles. Deficiency may impair collagen fiber production and contribute to seborrheic dermatitis.
